Refund policy

We want you to love your Küb products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at info@kubcraft.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
